Lab.-used XFD Series Single Flotation Cell is provided for flotation of minor ore samples in labs of geological, metallurgical, building material, chemical and other industries. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

一、結構簡介:

I. Structure

ＸＦＤ型系列浮選機由下列主要部件組成：

XFD flotation cell  mainly consists of the following parts:

（１）機座（２）托板（３）槽體（４）攪拌部（５）刮板部分（６）主軸部分（７）護罩（８）電機（9）流量計（10）控制開關（11）刮板開關

所有部件都緊固在機體上，主軸（１）按順時針方向轉動，運動由皮帶輪通過皮帶到主軸皮帶輪、主軸可得三種不同的速度、刮板（３）５的轉動由刮板電動機通過皮帶輪帶動，可得二種不同的速度、刮板的位置可通過蝶形螺母調節高低。

All parts are  fastened onto the machine body. The main shaft (1) rotates clockwise and moves  from the belt pulley to the main shaft belt pulley through the belt. Three  different rotating speeds can be obtained by the main shaft. The rotation of  scraper (3) 5 is driven by the scraper motor through the belt pulley. Two different  speeds can be obtained. The vertical position of the scraper can be adjusted  through the butterfly nuts.

XFDⅡ型單槽浮選機工作電源電壓為AC 220V，為了人身安全，機體必需可靠接地，接電阻≤4Ω。

The working power and  voltage of XFD II single-trough flotation machine is AC 220V. For human safety,  the machine must be reliably grounded with an earth resistance ≤4Ω.

實驗室用XFDⅢ型單槽浮選機供地質、冶金、建材、化工等礦山和科研機構實驗室用于攪拌、擦洗、分離和精選少量礦樣等。

Laboratory XFD III single-trough flotation machine is used by mines of  geology, metallurgy, building material, chemicals, etc and laboratories of  scientific institutes to agitate, scrub, separate and select a small quantity  of ore samples.

XFDⅢ是XFD型更新換代產品。它采用變頻技術，葉輪無級調速，數碼顯示，還將自吸氣改為外充氣，調整精確，顯示清楚穩定。根據用戶的需要可配裝加熱器、溫度控制儀，隨時控制、顯示槽內礦液溫度。本機可配液面自動調節補加水、自動給藥等裝置，可實現較高自動化水平。

該浮選機有機架部件、主軸傳動部件、鎖緊部件、刮板部件、浮選槽、外充氣裝置和電器控制等部件組成。

Such flotation machine is composed of frame part, main  shaft drive part, lock part, scraper part, flotation cell, outside air  inflation device, electric controller, etc.

氣泵向槽內所供氣體，在轉子攪動下，與礦液混合均勻，被定子切割，生成微小礦化氣泡。

The air supplied by the air pump into the cell mixes  evenly with the slurry during the agitation of the rotor, is cut by the stator,  and small mineralized bubbles are then produced.

轉子的轉速是無級調速的，可通過變頻器來調整。

The rotating speed of rotor is stepless and variable  which can be adjusted through frequency converter.

浮選槽的固定靠手輪帶動螺桿壓緊。

To fix the flotation cell, it must be pressed tightly  with the hand wheel driving the screws.

刮泡機構，它的運動軌跡是一種圓周運動。

The motion trail of the  scrapping mechanism is circular.
